Roasted Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts
  • 3+ tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt (or to taste)
  • Fresh ground black pepper, to taste
  • Garlic powder (optional)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 415°F (213°C).
  2. Wash Brussels sprouts and trim off the stems. Cut in half if you prefer a shorter
