Mom’s Stuffing

Ingredients

  • 12 cups fresh white bread, cubed
  • ¾ cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon poultry seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup butter or vegan butter
  • 3 cups finely chopped celery
  • 1 cup minced onions
  • 5+ cloves garlic, minced

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13″ glass baking dish.
  2. Place cubed bread in a large mixing bowl. Sprinkle with parsley, poultry seasoning, paprika, and black pepper. Toss to distribute evenly.
  3. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-low heat. Add celery and onions, sautéing for about 15 minutes
