Ingredients
- 12 cups fresh white bread, cubed
- ¾ cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon poultry seasoning
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ cup butter or vegan butter
- 3 cups finely chopped celery
- 1 cup minced onions
- 5+ cloves garlic, minced
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13″ glass baking dish.
- Place cubed bread in a large mixing bowl. Sprinkle with parsley, poultry seasoning, paprika, and black pepper. Toss to distribute evenly.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-low heat. Add celery and onions, sautéing for about 15 minutes
