Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 Cup white rice
- 1 Tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 2 Cups water
Directions
- Heat oil in pot with lid over medium high heat.
- Add rice and stir until fragrant and just beginning to brown.
- Add in tomato paste, garlic salt and water and stir to combine.
- Turn heat to high until boiling, then lower heat to a simmer and cover.
- Cook for 25 minutes or until all liquid is absorbed.
