Ingredients
- 2 halved Hass avocados
- 1 tablespoon sliced green onions
- 1½ tablespoons fresh-squeezed lime juice
- 1½ tablespoons minced red onion
- 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
- 1½ tablespoons chopped sun-dried tomatoes
- Kosher salt, to taste
Directions
- Scoop avocado into a mixing bowl and mash to your preferred consistency.
