Fudge

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup margarine
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 small can evaporated milk
  • 1 package (12 oz) chocolate chips
  • 1 small jar marshmallow creme
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Nuts (if you want)

How To

  1. Combine the margarine, sugar, and evaporated milk in a saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium heat. When it reaches a full rolling boil, boil hard for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Stir in the chocolate chips until melted.
  5. Add the marshmallow creme and vanilla. Stir until everything is completely smooth.
  6. If using nuts, stir them in now.
  7. Pour the fudge into a buttered pan and let cool until set.
