Fudge
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup margarine
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 small can evaporated milk
- 1 package (12 oz) chocolate chips
- 1 small jar marshmallow creme
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Nuts (if you want)
How To
- Combine the margarine, sugar, and evaporated milk in a saucepan.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat. When it reaches a full rolling boil, boil hard for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in the chocolate chips until melted.
- Add the marshmallow creme and vanilla. Stir until everything is completely smooth.
- If using nuts, stir them in now.
- Pour the fudge into a buttered pan and let cool until set.
