Ingredients
2 halved Hass avocados
1 T. sliced green onions
1 ½ T. lime juice – squeezed fresh!
1 ½ T. minced red onion
1 T. chopped cilantro
1 ½ T. chopped sun dried tomatoes
Kosher salt to taste
Directions
Mix it all together and gorge yourself on guac! (Oh, add more or less salt and lime juice to your preference.)
