B-A-N-A-N-A Bread

Prep:

  • Grease 9x5” loaf Pan

  • Preheat oven to 350

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups All Purpose Flour

  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda

  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt

  • 3/4 cup Brown Sugar

  • 1/2 cup Butter

  • 2 eggs, beaten

  • 2 1/3 cups mashed overripe bananas

Directions:

  1. Fix Flour, Baking Soda and Salt in small bowl

  2. In large bowl use mixer to blend brown sugar and butter till smooth and light

  3. Mix in eggs and banana to wet mix then pour wet mix into flour until just combined.

  4. Pour batter into greased loaf pan and cook for 60ish minutes. You’ll know it’s done when you insert a toothpick and it comes out clean. Let cool for 10 minutes then cool on wire rack.

Notes:

  • I like to upgrade to hedonist banana bread with buttercream frosting on top. If you want to be all healthy you can warm it with butter.
